Catch or Crouch
Catch or Crouch

Before the game begins, all students stand in a circle. One player stands in the middle as the tagger and holds a ball.
The tagger quickly throws the ball toward one of the players in the circle. The player who receives the ball tries to catch it in the air, while the players standing immediately to their right and left must crouch down at the same time.
If the targeted player fails to catch the ball, or if one of the players on either side fails to crouch in time — or someone crouches by mistake — that player is out of the game and must step aside.
The game continues in this way, helping improve both attention and reflexes. At the end, the most alert and agile player wins. The activity creates a lively and energetic atmosphere within the group.
