The Game

The Freeze – Fire game is played with four or more players. First, the players count off among themselves to choose a tagger. After the tagger is selected, the other players spread out in the play area, and the tagger starts chasing them.
When the tagger approaches a player, that player can shout “Freeze!” to avoid being caught, but must remain frozen in place without moving. If a frozen player moves, they break the rule and become a tagger, joining the others in chasing. Any player touched and caught by the tagger also becomes a tagger and helps in chasing the rest.
To rescue frozen players, those who have not yet been caught must touch the frozen player while saying “Fire!” This allows the frozen player to move again and continue escaping. A touch without saying “Fire” is not valid. The game can continue until all players become taggers, or it can be played with a time limit, where the players caught the least are declared winners. The main rules are that frozen players must remain still, rescues must be done correctly with “Fire,” and everyone should run and play safely. By following these rules, the game is fun and full of action.
