Mirror Mirror
Mirror Mirror

For this game, two people stand facing each other. One player becomes the “leader” and begins making various body movements. They can raise their arms up, open them sideways, rub their face with their hands, bend their knees, or slowly lean to one side. The other player’s task is to imitate every movement exactly like a mirror, in real time and in the same way.
The important part here is that the leader makes their movements slowly and smoothly so that the player opposite can reflect them accurately. The imitator must focus entirely on the leader’s body language and observe carefully how each movement shifts in direction. In this way, observation skills, body awareness, and attention are improved.
After a while, the roles can be switched, and the other player becomes the leader. If desired, within a group, everyone can take turns being both the leader and the imitator. The pace of the game can be increased or slowed down as preferred. Playing along with music makes it even more fun. This simple yet effective game is a wonderful choice, especially for strengthening concentration and building a sense of trust among group members. It is an enjoyable and bonding activity for both children and adults.
